Chase is a boy diagnosed with autism.  He has a heart of gold, means well, and wants well, but is misunderstood.  Chasing Chase is a term I used when I would take my little 2 year old for walks.  He was always so energetic, and on the go, instead of a stroller or wagon, he wanted to run on his own, and thus our walks became “Chasing Chase”.  Today it means something new to us, which is the name of the journey that we have embarked on.  The journey is Chasing Chase’s dream: to be integrated into society, like the rest of us.
